Description
Tropical furnishings, island-inspired wall art, and blonde wood flooring combine to make the Islands at Mauna Lani M1 a welcoming and relaxed vacation rental option on the Island of Hawaii. This two-bedroom two and a half bathroom split-level townhouse is perfect for family travel or a group of friends vacationing together. The open floorplan and 2,100 square feet of space allows each guest plenty of space to unwind and find needed privacy as well.

The grand living room features two couches and two armchairs centered around a coffee table and entertainment system. Plan an evening watching a Hawaii-inspired movie or playing your favorite board game. An office desk positioned in the corner provides a great nook for completing any work that may need attention while on vacation. Because M1 is a corner residence, it enjoys a wrap-around lanai with views of both manicured lawns and dramatic lava fields. Take a book or magazine out to your lanai loungers and listen to palm fronds sway in the wind.

Choose to dine more formally indoors at a full-sized dining table that can seat six guests or take a meal al fresco and eat under the stars on the lanai table. Prepare a feast in the fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stovetop, dual ovens, and all the kitchen tools you would find at home. Plan a deep sea fishing excursion or trip to the local farmers market and cook up the ingredients you return home with!

Head upstairs to the sleeping quarters. Two bedroom suites (one with two twin beds and the other with a king bed) each include a private lanai and attached bathroom with soaking tub. An added loft area on the second floor can be portioned off with a privacy curtain where additional guests can sleep on a daybed.

We were pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous this place is. Pictures don’t do it justice. The grounds are immaculate and the units are so spacious and clean. The private beach access was ahhh-mazing! We will be coming back!!

No Pets Allowed
• A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name
on the reservation will be required to check-in.
• We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
• No pets allowed
• Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
• Rates are subject to a 5.00% service fee plus taxes on all reservations
• All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
• All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual
property's Homeowner Association Rules

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.
Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

• 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All Reservations will be assessed with a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
• There is a $450 (for two-bedroom) and $500 (for three-bedroom) plus applicable
taxes housekeeping fee at the Islands of Mauna Lani.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to
