Description
The Islands at Mauna Lani F4 has everything you could want in a vacation rental for a memorable stay on the Island of Hawaii. This ground floor two-bedroom condo that sleeps up to six guests is 2,189 square feet and enjoys peaceful vistas across a beautiful golf course lake, manicured fairways, and swaying palm trees from numerous rooms in the home. Play bocce ball or throw the frisbee in the welcoming green lawn just off your living room lanai.

Double-wide glass front doors welcome you into an impressively large great room that merges the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one open space. A soft palette of creamy tones, blonde wood flooring, clean white walls and contemporary design sets the mood for relaxation and comfort. Just off the living room is access to your private lanai that features padded chaise lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and built-in propane grilling station perfect for hosting a sunset barbecue dinner of freshly caught fish.

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cooking tools and utensils you would find at your home kitchen. Conveniently prepare a breakfast that includes some of the tropical fruits you picked up at the local farmer’s market. Dine casually at the kitchen bar (which seats two) or more formally at the wooden dining table that seats four.

Both bedroom suites which include attached bathrooms and private lanais can be found on the second floor of this townhouse. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom has two queens. Both oversized bathrooms include dual vanities, soaking tubs, and stand-alone glass showers.

Great value for the price, this was a lovely location for our girl's golf weekend. I shared the link with a couple friends, we would definitely come back here! There was an issue with the wifi access, ice maker not making ice, and getting meeting schedule but all those things were dealt with. A lot of texting communication to figure out these issues and schedule them, I was hoping to be away from my phone a bit more as it was a lot of texting all weekend with concierge, but at least they were responsive.

Mauna Lani Paradise
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at the Islands in Mauna Lani. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Marvellee from Coral Tree Residences made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again. Also, we would not hesitate to again work with Coral Tree Residences. Big Island Trip
Really nice condo in a quiet area. Our toddler had fun running around in the grass and swimming in the pool. Easy walk up to the shops and Mauna Lani lobby. The Beach Club access was a great addition, spent most of our time on the calm beach playing in the sand. The communication with property management was also easy and prompt. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice condo in a great location. The condo itself is a little dated, but is very comfortable. The TV works great and the couch in the living room was very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay. On thing to note about this particular rental is that there are no items you would regularly find in an Airbnb. For example, no salt, pepper, oil, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and the like, but you will need to bring/purchase everything you need for cooking.
The did have dish soap and laundry detergent but that was about it for house supplies. They did however have beach chairs, boogie boards and bike pumps. There is also a 2 car garage which is nice.
The Villages is a nice property, the pool and hot tub are great. I am not sure about the value of this place though, this part of the Big Island is getting very expensive to rent so timing is everything. I think you can get a comparable condo in the Fairways for less than this place.
Overall this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful, very clean, modern, great location. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, and beaches were within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo. I look forward to going back someday. The managers of the property were very welcoming and great about communicating.

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.
Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable
deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided
60 days prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be
refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full
reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
Fees:
• All Reservations will be assessed with a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
• There is a $450 (for two-bedroom) and $500 (for three-bedroom) plus applicable
taxes housekeeping fee at the Islands of Mauna Lani.
• A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to
the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage
