Great location. Walkable to the beach. Resort is a short walk or a free shuttle, lots of amenities available to you. House was great. Comfy beds, as pictured, quiet, great kitchen supplies for cooking in.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house looked exactly like the pictures and is in the perfect location - close to the beach but also close enough to the city of Charleston. Our group is already talking about our next trip here!

We had a great stay at Wild Dunes! The house is the perfect size for a larger group. We enjoyed the pool, sun rooms, and the quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.

Travel Dates 1/5 – 12/18:
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full reservation value. No refunds will be issued.
Travel Dates 12/19 – 1/4:
Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full reservation value. No refunds will be issued.

*Deposit and cancellation policies may vary depending on when your reservation was booked and what promotion you booked with. Bookings booked early and receiving discounts are non-changeable, nonrefundable. Please check your confirmation for your deposit and cancellation terms.

Deposit
• Your deposit policy will depend on the rate booked.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit
inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days
prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value
will be forfeited/no refunds.
• For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of
reservation value, no refunds
Fees:
• All Reservations will be assessed with a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
• Check out cleaning fees plus applicable taxes will be charged at the Mauna Lani Luxury
Home Collection.
o 3 Bedrooms - $500.00 plus taxes will be charged
o 4 Bedrooms - $650.00 plus taxes will be charged
