The C building is a great view location. My only dissatisfaction was the lack of needed items that, in my experience, come with a beachfront property: cooler, chairs, noodles or boogie boards. This is no reflection on Coral Tree who kindly offered us the use of two chairs.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The ocean view is amazing and proximity to the beach club is wonderful. We had a great experience and check in and communication throughout our stay was fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!

It's a good value given the location....less than 10 minute walk to a wonderful, sandy, snorkel beach. There are additional amenities - beach proximity mattered most to me. The condo is more spacious than any other one bedroom I've stayed at. All of it was spotless. It has a beautiful view. The condo is in a quiet location.
The check-in staff was professional, courteous and friendly.

Amazing ocean and sunset views. Full kitchen w wide counter space n Sub zero fridge. Gorgeous bathroom. We had the best vacation at this home away from home. The Big Island is beautiful 🤩🤩🤩

A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and it's contents up to $1,500.

Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

Deposit
• 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
• For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit
inclusive of tax at time of booking.
Remaining Balance
• For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 60 days
prior to arrival.
• Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Terms
• Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 61 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
• Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value
will be forfeited/no refunds.
• For stays of 21 nights or more: Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of
reservation value, no refunds
Fees:
• All Reservations will be assessed with a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
• Check out cleaning fees plus applicable taxes will be charged at the Mauna Lani Luxury
Home Collection.
o 3 Bedrooms - $500.00 plus taxes will be charged
